2. Services Provided
Aardvark Tree Care provides professional tree care services, including but not limited to tree removal, pruning, trimming, stump grinding, disease management, and emergency services. All services are offered at the discretion of Aardvark Tree Care, based on an initial consultation and assessment of the property.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services are prioritized, and timing may vary.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit, and bank transfers. Invoices for services rendered will be provided upon request. All payments are non-refundable once the service is completed.
5. Liability & Insurance
Aardvark Tree Care is fully insured to perform tree care services on your property. Our team will take all necessary precautions to ensure safety. However, Aardvark Tree Care is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to hidden decay, structural issues, or other defects in trees or the surrounding property. We are also not responsible for damage to structures or utilities unless directly caused by our actions.
6. Property Damage
While we make every effort to prevent any damage during our work, some minor property damage (such as marks from equipment or fallen branches) may occur. Aardvark Tree Care will not be held liable for any cosmetic damage to the property that arises from the necessary actions taken to complete the job.
7. Permits & Approvals
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any required permits or approvals for tree removal, pruning, or other related services from the relevant local authorities. Aardvark Tree Care can assist with providing documentation or guidance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the client.
8. Emergency Services
For emergency services, we will assess the situation and provide an estimate. Costs may vary based on the urgency and complexity of the job. In such cases, payment may be required upfront before work begins.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Aardvark Tree Care respects your privacy. Any personal information provided for the purpose of receiving services will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
10. Dispute Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If necessary, mediation or arbitration will be pursued as a means to settle disputes.
